Online Purchase Information Revised as of 1April 2009

This Online Purchase Information governs purchases made through the website. Please read these policies carefully prior to making a purchase. Also, please be advised that these policies may change and you should review them from time-to-time as you use our site.

Payments

Your credit card will be charged only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.

Sales Tax
belldini.com Online Store is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to California only. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects an estimation of taxes. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may differ from the initial tax.

Email Confirmations
Upon ordering at belldini.com you will receive confirmation emails when:

1.       Your order is received. You will also receive a copy of your invoice.

2.       Your order is processing.

3.       Your order is shipped.

4.       Your order is cancelled.

5.       Your return has been processed.


Order Status
If you are a registered shopper, you can quickly check the status for any Internet, phone or mail/fax order, by clicking on the "order status" link located at the top of every page on the site.

You will need your order number to check a specific order or select "view all orders" to see all orders placed within the last six months.

When you place an order with Belldini.com, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes the order number. Please retain this e-mail for your records.

If you have misplaced your order number or prefer to check your order status by phone, simply call us at 213.748.4442.


Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with information on how to get your shipment and tracking details.

To track your order please visit our website and click on the order status link. You will be able to get your UPS or FedEx tracking number by logging in and clicking on your order number. Enter that number at www.ups.com to check status of your online order.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier’s site.

Shipping and Delivery

We provide free UPS Ground shipping anywhere in the Continental U.S.  Your dress will ship as soon as possible (most likely within one day of placing your order).  Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days.  If you choose to expedite shipping you can select one of the expedited shipping options. You will be responsible for any expedited shipping charges.    

International shipping is available and will be based on the current rate.  You will be responsible for applicable import taxes and duties your country charges.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your belldini.com order, please return items within 14 days 

of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the 
original receipt or invoice. NO WORN MERCHANDISE WILL BE CREDITED. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Returns are accepted 
through the mail only.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.*

  • Purchases made in one of our stores cannot be returned to belldini.com. Please return this merchandise to any of our store locations.
  • *If the return is a result of our error, please email Customer Services at info@belldini.com and we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges.

To return by mail:

1. Please explain on paper the the reason for your return, pack it in the box, and keep a copy for your records.
2. Package the items  securely. You may use the original box for 
the return shipment.
3. We recommend sending returns via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. Belldini is not
responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Use the address  included on your invoice.

5. The return if approved will be refunded to the original form of payment used for purchase. Allow 3-4 weeks from 
the shipping date for the account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on the 
credit card statement.

PLEASE NOTE: Canadian orders must be returned by mail.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Because merchandise quantities are limited, we strongly recommend that you do not exchange items as it is likely that the item(s) you want will no longer be available. In order to get the item(s) you want as 
quickly as possible, simply place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund. When we 
receive your return, we''ll issue a refund. If the item was sent to you as a gift, the refund will be credited 
to the original credit card used for the payment.


We will make every effort to honor exchange requests provided the merchandise requested is still 
available. If you’d like to make an exchange, list the item(s) you would like to receive on the Return 
Form included with your order. You will receive an email confirming that we are processing your return, 
followed by a separate email detailing the availability and/or shipping status of your exchange. Available item(s) will be sent via Standard Shipping to the shipping address on your invoice. There are no additional shipping & handling charges for exchanges.

Please note that in the event that your exchange requires additional funds, the credit card initially
used to purchase your order will be charged the difference. We are not able to accept personal check
payments with your return.

We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we are unable to accept exchanges for Canadian orders.
